Maria, the best host possible in Manila!

Pros: The position is amazing and the host is excellent: we had an issue with one air conditioner as soon as we checked in and Maria promptly resolved it calling the facility engineers and getting the unit changed. She made all the efforts to make our stay perfect and she was super supportive and responsive resolving the issue immediately. The reception/security is the building is exceptional too: they are always present and check on everybody that enters or leaves the building: this made us feel kind of secure.

Cons: Nothing about the property: we had serious issues with Booking itself who was not at all at the same level as Maria, the host. They didn’t give us any kind of support and didn’t even sent us an update on the status of the issue: if it wasn’t for the host, we would have been left completely blind. This is not at all the way to treat a gust.

Convenient stay in the center of BGC

Pros: Great location walking distance from everything. Apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay, 2 bedrooms and a great entertainment system and view. There was parking which we used and it was super convenient!

Cons: Small water leak but didn't really bother me! The host was responsive and gracious and did her best to solve the issue.
