I’m Pilipino with foreigner family so the stay is good if you don’t have a picky family but if you have it easy to move

Pros: The building is not high compared to other condominium. Good for Barkada’s. For big city it is quiet in the evening. Easy communication, the owner is easy to reach and also the cleaning woman is very nice. 😊 The pic below is after we left 😅 and the view from the window. 😊

Cons: They don’t have own swimming pool. You must always pay the entrance free of the swimming pool of the hotel in the same building before you can used it.
