Amazing stay.

Pros: Noel was 10/10 amazing! Thank you thank you for your hospitality and patience! Location was perfect for my purpose. Facilities was also well maintained including the kitchen utensils.

Cons: The bed may need an upgrade as i can feel the spring. But nothing too major.

Nice and comfy interior with a prime access to Poblacion, Makati

Pros: The interior was nice and comfy, with well-located building that is close to a shopping mall. Mr. Noel was very friendly and responsive when I inquired about my arrival and access to the room. As I was arriving late at night in Manila, I was concerned with the check-in process but he made sure the key and access card would be ready for me to pick up at the building front upon my arrival. Overall, I recommend this place and I would definitely book again.

Cons: The bed feels a bit hard and could use a mattress topper but that didn't stop me from having a good night's sleep.

A very smooth, comfortable stay in a well-maintained unit, in a very convenient location.

Pros: Noel was very responsive to my pre-booking queries, always replying very quickly. He was also very good abut checking in with my during my stay to make sure everything was OK. The unit was clean and well-maintained, with everything that I needed in the kitchen for simple meal preparation.

Cons: The hot water in the shower was a little temperamental, often running-out mid-way through a normal-length shower, but it wasn't too much of a problem. The manual bidet hose also completely lacked water-pressure, which made it unusable. The mattress on the bed is very firm, which was a bit uncomfortable for me, but of course that is just a matter of preference, and would no doubt suit others.
