Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Manabu, the owner was very straightforward and insightful with instructions and insight regarding our stay and made sure to be prompt in arrangements for our arrival or responding to any messages. Keep in mind you are renting a condo and not a hotel and keep realistic expectations, and you will enjoy your stay here.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that two of the buildings elevators did not work during our stay, and we were on floor 36, so it made getting in and out the building a bit of a hastle with long queueing, however, I'm aware that's out of the control of the owner of the unit.

Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬

Great place, good location

Pros: Nice small condo, great for a solo female traveler. Owner was kind enough to provide some toiletries as well tea, coffee and water. It also has Netflix which I enjoyed watching.

Cons: The first disappointment for me was that there were no travel adapters provided bcos we don’t have type A sockets in my country. Luckily I had my power bank which I used to charge my phone and bought adapters the next day. If you are expecting international/foreign guests, I believe owners should provide adapters to make it easier for their guests. This place I stayed at in Makati did that and I assumed other places also do that but turns out I was wrong. The second issue is not to do with the owner or the condo but the building, only two elevators were working which caused a lot of guests to wait and when we did get in, it made many stops coming down to get other guests and the elevator ended up full all the time.

AWESOM HOST. AWESOME PLACE..

Pros: Host was so nice and accommodating the whole time. Always went the extra mile to consider what would be comfortable for us.

Cons: Parking for an overnight stay at fame mall is practical but definitely pricey at 600 per night. This has nothing to do with the host and the unit we stayed at though. Opted for this parking option for convenience

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The host was easy to communicate with and went the extra mile to make sure our stay

Pros: It’s located in a very accessible area; close to MRT station, malls, restaurants, convenience and grocery stores, etc. The unit was also very clean, you can tell the host takes great care of it!

Cons: There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like, but we couldn’t find a few basic items in the unit, like slippers.
