Pros: It is very nice location, just a 15 min walk to terminal 3. Main bed is very comfy, pull out sofa much less, but it was ok for kids.

Cons: We didnt like that we had no possibility to leave luggage somewhere, since our flight was in the evening. We also didnt get any advice, where we could leave it in the neighborhood, and i suppose it is much easier for locals to find this kind of info.

Good for a quick overnight stay

Pros: Comfy bed, linens were clean and smelt good. We stayed for only 8 hours and it was perfect for us to sleep at and then catch our morning flight.

Cons: The location was confusing, there is no signage at all to find the hotel, it has 2 seperate lobbies that are 50m from eachother. We went to the one that was at 150 Newport Blvd and the staff there didn’t know what we were talking about even though we had booked a room. It was very confusing but eventually they told us to go to the hotel lobby (again unsigned) directly next door to McDonalds (so not 150 Blvd as it says in the description.) The location of the hotel is noisy with sirens and traffic noise at all hours. This is our first time to Manila so that may be the case for most places. There were no bath towels.

Pros: This is my third time staying at this apartment hotel, and I've always had a very comfortable and wonderful stay. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The kitchen is also very spacious and comes fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, etc. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with clean sheets and beds. The bathrooms are also very clean, and shampoo, body soap, toilet paper, etc. are fully stocked.

Cons: The kitchen utensils are a little old, especially the frying pans. It would be nice if they provided new ones. Other than that, it's perfect.

Ideally located, comfortable place.

Pros: Ideally located close to terminal 3 with easy access to food. Ideal for a layover between Manilla and our ongoing journey to Bohol.

Pros: Perfect location near airport, nice location in New Port.

Great location, fairly close to the airport. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants, bars and massages close by.

Pros: Great location. Big place, room and living room with a small kitchen.

Cons: It was not as clean as what I would wish for.

Pros: This hotel is very close to the airport and has 24-hour access. The living room and bedroom are separate, so you can sleep comfortably.

Pros: The Rooms Are Big. Very Nice Place. Will Stay Again.

Cons: Shower Tap Leaking. Water Pressure Low. Both AC Leaks Water.

Pros: Close to shops and the airport, in the evening there are food and fruit stands nearby, along the sidewalk with delicious food, nicely lit. Perfect for us for one night.

Cons: The apartment looks much larger in the photos than it actually is, the bathroom is small.

Excellent location, excellent facility, excellent host

Pros: This is the place you need if you are a regular traveller and wanting to experinece that homey-vibe away from your own home. You can access NAIA T3 few minutes by foot, T2 in 10 minutes in a normal traffic day. More than anything else, you are in a neihborhood where eberything you need is right there outside the Newport Northwing Bldg.
