ALTEAN Apartments - Lourdes Room

It's still definitely worth it to stay here. It's not perfect but it has its strengths. will go back

Pros: The room was nice and spacious. It has it's own refrigerator and microwave. The toilet is separate from the shower which is nice though the toilet space is a bit too narrow like it's a bit of a struggle to go in and out of the toilet hahahaha but it's not that big of a deal. The common area is also nice. It's big and spacious and the kitchen is almost complete. It's just a bit hot in that area but it's really nice that there are a lot of i think showers and comfort room in the common area so if ever there's a big group, some can use that :D Also there are games in the common area so it can be a fun activity :D

Cons: Upon check-in we weren't given keys to our gate so whenever we go out we need to ring the doorbell so someone can open the gate for us, which is fine because it doesn't take too long naman for them to open our gate but we would have preferred having our own key :D Also upon check-in 3 of the staff greeted us but did not offer to help us with our luggage and did not even step aside when we were entering the gate (space was narrow and our stuff were bulky), we were also shocked that we have to climb flights of stairs so that was a struggle for us considering our heavy luggage. The stairs are a challenge because we had to go up and down for our deliveries hahahhaha cardio day indeed. Also, we didn't know if the area outside our room / the stairs going to the common area was a smoking area but as nonsmokers we didn't like that there were people smoking right outside our room. if that was indeed a smoking area, it is not a strategic area since it's a place that all people pass through. a smoking area must be in a secluded area that is not frequently used as a passageway by other guests, especially those who do not smoke. Also, we booked this because of the review that the rooftop was nice, and we were excited about that but when we tried to go up, it was closed/locked. When we asked about it, we weren't allowed to go up. I wonder why :( That was a let down too.

Pros: The size of the room, it was spacious. The common kitchen. The amenities provided like pitcher, glasses, coffe cups, spoon and fork and plates!

Cons: Kinda far from any convenience store and a good walk to the CBD, but very good value for money.

Pros: The apartment was very cozy and clean. I really liked the vibes. I think this will be perfect for friend group as it is spacious and complete with amenities. Also the rooftop is so good.

Pros: Très très propre, spacieux, personnel très gentil. Nous avons pu rester dans la cuisine commune toute la journée en attendant notre vol.
