Great location and comfortable stay in Pasay

Pros: I really liked the location of S Residences. It’s strategically positioned in Pasay, very close to key areas and important points of interest. The room had everything I needed, and the communication with the property was excellent.

Overall, very nice.

Pros: Location. Near the convenience stores and Mall of Asia. Complete kitchenwares and even eating utensils.

Cons: We're planning to wash our clothes after the run but we can't find detergent. Not sure if was part of package. Also the toiletries, no soap and brushes.

Pros: The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with on Viber. The building staff were accommodating and friendly. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with no issues at all. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, and all the appliances were in good working condition. Additionally, there were no insects or pests.

I love this place!

Pros: I like how good smelling it was and spotlessly clean. Complete with an automatic washing machine. I liked how the unit was arranged for a comfortable rest for guests, The bed can fit an average of three plus the sofa bed in the sala for two people. Complimentary watr and coffee was there and some shampoo, conditioner, a handsoap and dishwashing liquid was left there for us to use, a little rice for a few guests to cook,perhaps left by some of the previous guests already. It also has a small baygon spray should u find some insects crwaling in..we found none of course because the place is absolutely clean..But really, this is one of the most comfortable units i have ever booked at s residences. I hope for another time here at your place. Thank u very much, dear host.

Cons: Only this, No electrical socket in the room? I did'nt find any. But lots in the living room area and in the kitchen so no big deal.

Enjoyable few day's

Pros: Was exactly as promised clean tidy and location was decent 10 mins from Mall Of Asia. Was very understanding of our need for a friend to stay overnight. plenty of towels pillows. Overall difficult to fault.

Cons: the pool was not the best size wise quiet small for amount of rooms but lucky for us not many people used.
