good for transient like us..very accessible to mall, offices and restos..

Pros: No served breakfast but good thing there was 24hours mini mart downstairs..anything you need is accessible.

Pros: The in charge of the condo was accommodating and welcoming.

Cons: nothing , i only booked for myself, and the place is good for solo/two travellers

Pros: The room itself was pretty decent and relaxing as well. Location was very accessible to malls and other business establishment, such as restaurants, groceries etc.

Cons: Toilet and sink were slow draining.

Cons: The shower room should always be cleaned. Habang tumatagal na hindi nagagamit, may mga black uod and unpleasant smell na namumuo (nangangamoy canal sya).

Ruffa's condotel-excellent overall

Pros: Owner is accommodating, room's cleanliness and close proximity to the airport and malls

Cons: The only thing is, the occupant was asked to bring garbage downstairs, which would have been part of the cleaning fee included in the payment.
