Pros: A really nice apartment with a balcony looking out over the sea and faraway mountains and a really helpful, accommodating host, always there to help.

All Essentials Covered, Friendly Host

Pros: The apartment has everything you need whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer trip. Appliances are modern, easy to use, and all worked great. Wi-Fi was strong the whole time. The space is on the smaller side, but it worked perfectly for us as a couple with a child. The host was super responsive and helpful, which made the stay hassle-free. Even though the condo is still under construction, it’s quiet and clean. The staff around the condo are also really friendly.

Cons: The condo area isn’t fully finished yet—they’re still building more towers, and there’s no convenience store inside for now. Walking out of the condo by foot takes a little while, so it’s better if you have a car or use a ride-hailing app. Some amenities aren’t free or aren’t ready yet. For example, the swimming pool costs 150 PHP per person, and the kids’ pool and playground are still under construction.

All the Perks, Minus the Stress

Pros: We had a really pleasant stay! The unit had great amenities—everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The owner was super easy to talk to and very responsive, which made the whole experience hassle-free. The location was also a big plus—easy to find and conveniently close to the mall and SLEX. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from the unit. Overall, it was definitely worth the price. Would gladly book again!

Pros: This is my 2nd time to stay in this property. Just like the 1st time, it is clean, homey and airy. It has all the things necessary for an enjoyable stay. The landlord is so accommodating - replies to messages instantly. The place is accessible to a mall and major establishments.

Pros: The room was great and cleaned, everything you need is there, highly recommended. All appliances were new and worked well, The owner was very nice, she responded very quickly.

Holiday and Family Visits in the Philippines 🇵🇭

Pros: The unit was cosy and comfortable with reliable internet service, kitchen facilities, and other useful amenities.

Cons: Restrictions imposed on visitor. We've chosen the Condo simply because it was closer to our relatives but was disappointed when they were stopped by the guard even they've submitted their identification. Moreover, not convenient to catch transportation.

Pros: I like how approachable the owner is. You can contact her anytime.

Pros: Super recommended! It's very homey and clean. The host was very accomodating, too. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed I've slept on. You'll feel that the host really prioritizes her guests' comfort. I almost didn't want to leave the place because of how comforting it is. :) I can't wait to go back!
