Pros: Excellent communication with the agent. I was there for a week and not a single bug... no ants and no cockroaches! I had a couple special request and they accommodated me. I was very pleased. Excellent quiet split air cons that kept the room very comfortable. Also, the TV is absolutely huge and Netflix was available for the first three days but I was at the access Amazon Prime Video during the whole week! I was able to access their Amazon Prime Video and that so enjoyable!

Cons: Check-in process was a little difficult. The receptionist wouldn't allow us to go to our room until they could reach the agent. it was in the middle of the night so we had to wait a couple hours for the agent to be able to be reached to give the OK to allow us to go up. Our flight had been delayed so the timing was totally off
