Azure Urban Resort Residences - The Paris Hilton Beach Club

It was a pleasant stay. The owner and the property manager was very helpfull and fast of my concerns

Pros: Location is center of Manila, close to the airport. Its convenient from your destination. The room was clean and well design. Has a great view. Has a pool if you wanno go for a swim. Safe and secure property and friendly staff. The public grounds are neat and clean.

Cons: I dont the smell of the drain in the kitchen. There is occasional smell from the kitchen drain. In the morning it smells and in the evening or afternoon it dissapper. A lot of the neighboring tenants are very loud and makes the hallways very dirty and smelly. I find it very disrespectfull especially in the night when everyone is sleeping and you here suddenly loud karaoke and people talking in the hallway very loud. In the booking online platform, they should indicate more information with regards of the rules getting a QR code or visitors pass. Booking.com should dobe or triple Check the people posting as owners of the rental property, because there are abundance of scams happening in Azure. For example in my case, the I was scammed on my first appointment because they did not show, second the owner have my bank details in the booking.com platform which I find very dangerous, because my bank account can be compromised. And because of this Scenario I have to book again a new booking that costs me more than twice the amount. I would highly suggest that you need indicate procedures especially for the check-in, as to avoid delay, confusion and frustration.

Pros: I like to thanks are host, Leah for a quick response of sending the QR code to allow us to enter the property. Once inside we were greeted by the desk person which gave us all the information we needed to enter the building and the suite. As we enter the suite, we appreciated the scent that surrounded the whole room full of cool air from the aircon. The suite was well equip and clean and organize. All though there was a nice table to eat on in the kitchen we prefer the round table on the outside balcony which had an amazing view of the swimming pool. You could not ask for a better location. The SM City Mall was just 150 meters away from the front step of the tower we stay at. All and all, i 100% recommend this place. Thanks again to Leah for a perfect stay.

Pros: We requested to rebook our original booking date even if the rebooking was not allowed. The property owner allowed us to rebook in our own convinience so I think that this is not just a business.

Ottimo prezzo e qualità

Pros: Una camera con angolo cottura molto ben accurate nei minimi dettagli con gusto e qualità. Si trova a 10 min a piedi da un grande centro commerciale e mezz'ora di macchina x aeroporto Il posto e d'avero bello e vi assicura una grande sorveglianza e sicurezza.

Cons: Non mi e piaciuto l'aria condizionata che era l'unica cosa un pò vecchiotta. Si spegneva solo manualmente.

Wir waren zufrieden und werde ich weiter empfehlen.

Pros: Die Lage war top, 5 min. zu Fuß zum SM Bicutan City Mall. Gleich in der nächste Gebäude ( Bahamas) ist ein massage. In der nähe sind auch mehrere Restaurants & Läden. The Gastgeberin ist sehr nett & freundlich. Unsere Kommunikation durch whatsapp war top. Die Wohnung ist nicht zu groß aber für 1 Wo. Aufenhalt ist gut.

Cons: Nichts!

Pros: Property owner is very accomodating and its legit trusted person . Easy to have transaction and the unit is complete , very clean and nice interior .
