Nice apartment within walking distance to Terminal 3.

Pros: Nice apartment in condo very close to Terminal 3 NAIA. All facilities on site including swimming pool although I didn't use it personally.

Cons: The towels were not nice. They were clean but really rough, like sandpaper. I actually bought a couple from the nearby mall as the ones provided were so rough. For the last 24 hours of my stay, the WiFi (which had previously been very good), wasn't working at all. In the end, I managed to use mobile data via hotpot but that could've been a problem if I didn't have a local Philippines phone.

Good apartment, let down by false promise of gym

Pros: Nice apartment, easy to meet host, good location, 10 minute walk to t3 Manila airport

Cons: Clearly stated property had access to gym, but no gym. Coffee maybe but no coffee or pods provided

Pros: The room was nice spacious and the host was very nice. The room had netlifx and good amenities.

Cons: The lobby was no great service. The fan was a little loud.

Great location and value for the location

Pros: Great location. Easy walking distance to airport and Newport mall and eateries. Very clean and everything in good condition - this apartment is better than most in the complex because the owner takes more care😊

Cons: Nothing really but bathrooms are a bit small but all in this complex are the same size. If you're 100kg plus you might want to look at a bigger option

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU ARE TO CONTINUE YOUR FLIGHTS OUT OF MANILA :)

Pros: I ONLY HAD POSSIBLY 3/4 HOURS TO SPEND AT ONE PALM TREE VILLAS. I ARRIVED LATE INTO MANILA AND HAD A VERY EARLY FLIGHT THE NEXT MORNING :( I WOULD HAVE RATED MY STAY 10/10 BUT GAVE IT 8/10 BECAUSE I WAS JUST SO RUSHED TO CONTINUE WITH MY JOURNEY. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT FOR WALKING OUT OF TERMINAL 3 AND THERE IS A CLASSY SHOPPING MALL FOR AN ATM ETC (SHOPPING TOO, IF THAT IS YOUR DESIRE). THE ROOM WAS OF A HIGH QUALITY AND SPOTLESS AND I WISH I HAD HAD LONGER TO ENJOY IT :) IF

PErfect for a stay next to the airport

Pros: I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. It was a short Grab ride from T1 and in a nice area.

Cons: The pool was closed and this wasn't communicated before arrival

Really a very good, clean and cozy apartment, enough space for two people.

Pros: Really a very good, clean and cozy apartment, enough space for two people. A very friendly hostess and good communication. Close to terminal 3. Security at the entrance gate gives a safe feeling.

Cons: We booked for two days but unfortunately there was no internet and TV for one day due network failure. This was beyond the control of the hostess. The second day the internet and TV were back OK. Otherwise I would have given a 10.
