Ideal for short-stay in Makati CBD
Pros: The main benefits of this unit (like all others in KL Tower) - Predictable and consistent quality in the room and amenities - It is located right across from Legazpi Park, but more critically is near the on/offramp for the SLEX, which makes going to/from the airport really quick and convenient - Its proximity to Greenbelt, Salcedo Village, and Poblacion make this feel very central to the Makati CBD - The laundry machine was excellent, and the balcony use meant that you could dry your clothing a lot faster
Cons: The building itself is starting to show its wear and age, and the room does follow suit. A redesign or renovation (both the building and the room) is needed within a year or two. The fact that Greenbelt 1 was closed (no fault of the owner) and will remain so until 2028 means that getting into Greenbelt is roughly 500m further away than typical. The room can strike you as a bit on the dark side. Bright halo bulbs used in the room made the lighting seem harsh; I also wish that alternative lighting (lamps) in the living room would have been available.

Good location
Pros: The location is excellent it's in the heart of Makati which is easy access to everything. The host Michaela is fantastic she was a brilliant host. She was making sure we submitted what I needed before staying in her place and it was a great help for us as my daughter has arrived before us and there was no problem on this side at all. Michaela responded to us straight away when we wanted to speak to her and when there was things that we weren't unsure. Thank you so much to Michaela
Cons: The downside is the shower curtain is too short. When having a shower the water splashed into the other side but not of a major problem.

A-Ok
Pros: The place and location are A-Ok. The unit feels nostalgic with the kind of furniture around. The staff in KL are also good and friendly, and we're thankful for that.
Cons: It will be better if you can provide towels, slippers, kettle, and some toiletries.
