Pros: The room was really spacious and nicely furnished. Because it also had two lots of windows it was really light. The balcony faces our on to the main Newport road, but it wasn't too noisy. If I were to make a suggestion of how to improve the stay, it would have been nice if there were some complimentary tea or coffee.

Cons: The aircon unit was quite noisy and rattled.

Pros: For its proximity to the airport, and for its comfort, it really is outstanding value. The food stalls on the main street just outside the building also offer easy dining.

Pros: Close to terminal 3 where we flew from the day after. It was walking distance even with luggage. Elevators were available to reach the bridge over the road and terminal 3

Cons: All needed facilities in the apartment. Nice little terrace.

Pros: Smooth communication. Polite yung caretaker, and facility was very good. Clean restroom. With drinking water. Clean bedsheets and with complimentary toiletries. Very near terminal 3, pasay runway is accessible just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended for travelers going abroad or out of town.
