Kindness

Pros: The owner was nice to us, and he helped me enjoy Makati!! Speaking the room, it was enough to stay and I relaxed on the room. I had a good time in this hotel.

Cons: If you wanna use a station, it could be inconvenient.

Good Experience on a Budget

Pros: The place is ideal and a few minutes away from different establishment. The unit also has a PS4 which we rented then played at some time, it also has a nice view. The owner was responsive and they let us check in early.

Cons: The smell of the bathroom but everything was good. You just need to open the bathroom for a while so that the scent will leave.

Super ubytování v soukromí, ne hotel, ale soukromá rezidence.

Pros: Krasný nový bytový dům, dobrá dostupnost z letiště, skvělá komunikace s pronajímatelem.

Cons: Na www.booking.com neuvedena přesná adresa, časové omezení bazénu a dodatečná platba za něj (150 pesos / osoba, ale muselo se hradit online). Také neuvedena kauce 1000 pesos. Vše by bylo v pořádku, kdyby bylo uvedeno dopředu. Ale evidentně pronajimatel teprve začíná a postupně informace doplní. Doporučujeme!
