Pros: The staff were great and the room was comfortable.

Very good unit to stay in, needs a few things checked out

Pros: Host was exceptional. 2 bathrooms was great. 2 tvs very good as well.

Cons: Blinds did not open in second bedroom. Internet was patchy even with multiple different connections. Kettle did not work in normal plug socket so needed my universal adapter.

Pros: 2 room with nice kitchen. Had a big tv and a good bed.

Cons: We had to pay for use the pool.

Pros: The views from the Balcony to the Bay, WIFI works well however the first night didn't work. There is a Mall (Robinson) 10 minutes on walk....

Cons: The Apartment doesn't have washing machine, it is loud outside (cars day and night) even from the 36th floor, my floor. Furniture old and simple and location is nothing special. Intramuros for people who like culture like me, it's not near but also not far (45 minutes on walk if You are fast like me).

Pros: 1. Totally confortable stay. Well maintained units like hotel. 2. Enjoy morning coffee seeing bayview from balcony. 3. Not so noisy of bike being away area from Roxas blvd 4. Very kind assistance of desinated lady miss Mel san stationed at Robby. 5. Walking distance of several restaurant open 24h i wish to stay always

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience.

Pros: We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience. The only thing we missed was a walis tambo to sweep once in a while. You can have an every day cleaning service for additional charge, but that was not necessary for us. The toiletries was good for 2 days stay, but we had everything with us. So that was not a problem as well. Melanie does a great job and is really approachable. They provide a full service (cleaning, laundry, …) if you would like that at additional charge.

Cons: Only negative point for us was if you want to use the swimming pool. You have to pay 150PHP per day/per head. And that’s too much for somebody that is already paying there to stay. If you want to swim 30 min or the whole day, the price stays the same. Never experienced in all the hotels and condo’s I stayed, that a paying guest needs to pay extra to use the swimming pool
