Affordable stay within a busy city hub

Pros: Close to business establishment, laundry available, friendly staff, ez transport access Grab cars or jeepneys and taxi

Cons: If you are assigned a room on the first floor request the staff to turn off the Water pump. The first night I stayed I was not able to sleep at all. The staff gladly switched it off This is part of Malate red district with plenty of solicitation ( you know what I meant)

Excellent value, spacious suites in ideal location.

Pros: Spacious suite with separate lounge, dining / kitchen area. Low rise building located a 15 minute walk from Luneta Park. Several bar / restaurants on its doorstep. Shops and mall within this Korea Town zone. Having a pool in the centre of Manila was amazing for this price.

Cons: More loungers around the pool would have made it more welcoming and usable.

Pros: I like the room and the food. the only thing that makes me surprised is they cut the electric while I am still in the room because I was already 20 mins over my check-out time. lucky that they have a rechargable light or else I am in the darkness...

Cons: they turn off the lights without prior notice even though I told the front desk That I am dressing up...
