Pros: Good location. Very comfortable beds. Has kitchen facilities where you can cook your own food. Very accomodating host and very responsive to messages. There's an elevator as well as the unit is located at 4th floor.

Cons: Nothing really.

Ideal location

Pros: Good location, easy access to shops etc. The host Apples was very accommodating. All our requests and queries were duly addressed.

Cons: Aircon is a bit on the noisy side when trying to sleep at night. Could do with replacing maybe?

Stay was pleasant. The bunkbed was fun if you have kids with you. Overall happy.

Pros: The SM is 3minutes walk and there is a macdonalds near tge guardhouse.

Cozy place very accessible to conveniences and mall

Pros: The location is great with some fast food restaurants and convenience store right next to the property. The mall is just a few minutes walk away. The unit was very clean and well lit. Would consider staying again if in the area.

Cons: We waited a while for instructions about guest registration and check in procedures after booking and had to initiate contact with the host. On a couple of occasions the elevators were not operating for several hours at a time and we had to go up / down to the unit on the 4th floor by stairs.

Pros: - Very hospitable. Owners personally welcomed us - Homely set up. Complete kitchen appliances and utensils. Drinking water available. .Living room and dining with couch, table, TV, lights, Netflix. Airconditioned rooms complete with newly washed pillows and sheets. Toilet has hot and cold shower with toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap. - Professional and customer-oriented. Owners reply promptly to queries. Explains house rules and provides written agreement to set expectations right from start.

Cons: - Takes time to complete entry requirements with security/guardhouse. This is to be expected in a gated community.
