Pros: Well equipped, good location at center of makati. Kitchen well equipped, balcony is a plus.

Cons: The mattresa is bad. The shower a curtain. It was very noisy because of a huge construction at the opposite side of road. The balony's table and chairs are for garbage. 1000 pesos guarantee in cash.

Jazz fantastic

Pros: It's accessible to testing centers around the area.. highly recommended to those who were planning to take NCLEX, ASCPI, etc. And there's a lot of restaurants around and convenience store.. because the mall is at the ground floor.

Cons: Nothing actually.. I just want to suggest a baggage storage for those guest who arrived earlier than the check in time.
