Pros: The arrival went smoothly. An earlier check-in was also possible. The accommodation had everything you needed. It was clean, cozy, and the location was also good. Kim and Ate Arlene are very nice and are listed as contacts if any problems arise.

It was fantastic will definitely choose this place again and again during our stay in manila.

Pros: Location is perfect as the purpose of our stay is just within the area which is why I selected the place.

Cons: Actually we really love the place. It’s just a minimal problem that causes delayed in our check-in but the owner is so nice and apologized and was really sorry about it. But definitely come back to this place coz it’s really really nice. Highly recommended.

It was great. Location is accessible and it’s not noisy.

Pros: It’s clean and tidy.. it is also organize and a lot of drawers to put your things. Ac working properly. No bad smell and complete set of cooking utensils.

Cons: Not really didn’t like.. but maybe they can put extra towels and blankets. The blanket is small and quite smelly.

Wonderful little studio, highly recommended!

Pros: Cozy, clean studio for a short stay of 2 people at the most. Great location. Near airport and MOA. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants in the immediate area as well. Kind and helpful owners.

Cons: Owner missed the arranged key turn over on exit, but was flexible with 'Plan B.' Minor stuff.
