Grand Canal Penthouse!

Great experience during our stay. I would book this place again if need to be around BGC

Pros: Very convenient to most shops, and walking distance to the Venice Grand Mall. Very clean, no bad smell. Check in desk staff are polite and helpful. Owner Jane resolved almost at once a miscommunication in regards to the check in fee that I have been charged of.

Cons: Because we stayed at the very top (28th floor), noise from planes above can be disturbing at night. Pillows are too hard, my sister had sore neck and shoulders in the morning. Should be soft with good support. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are afraid of heights.

Pros: Its proximity to tourist attractions and the shops, restaurants, salon were just minutes to walk. The host was the ace of the property, they were very attentive to your needs.

Cons: Lighting was a little bit dull more specially in the bedroom. If you are planning to read before you go to bed, you would probably needing a torch in hand. It can be sorted if i requested it to the host.

I can totally recommend this unit.

Cons: Second time staying here. Unfortunately the main bathroom and the kitchen were not as clean as expected. No tea towel in the kitchen and no hand towels for bathroom use. Also not enough toilet roll for our stay, we had to buy some.

Pros: The location is great. Very close to the malls and restaurants. Comfortable place to stay specially if your visiting with your family. We are a family of five and we had a great time.

Cons: The Wi-Fi sometimes is not working. I was expecting my family and friends to be allowed to visit me in my room but , the receptionist won't allow it. Unless the owner message them to be allowed. It's to troublesome to disturb the owner every time my family wants to go up to my room. Before I rented this place I specifically asked the owner if I'm allowed to have a visitors in their unit and they said yes, as longas they won't stay for the night. But any it was a nice place to stay.
