1 Queen Bed & 2 double beds at One Uptown Residences with XBOX and Netflix

Pros: I liked the amenities and location of the place. Definitely would want to stay here again on my next holiday.

Cons: The elevator that doesn't have aircon, or proper ventilation.

Pros: The apartment itself is very nice. It’s got a high end finish complete with everything you need to feel at home. No complaints whatsoever.

Cons: The apartment buildings security policy and check in policy is very silly. Why do I need IDs for all the people? This is an Airbnb not a hotel. I was escorted in a different place nearby the building to get myself and my party checked in and this took almost an hour. Some airbnbs have contactless check ins. The queue was long and had to be outside in the heat for a bit because the inside was full. During our stay, one of my cousin was visiting for a couple of hours, however the security didn’t let him in because he’s not in the guest list. Other apartments nearby like Uptown Parksuites doesn’t have this policy. The security staff are also very rude in this building.

Pros: The place was nice and very conveniently placed. It seems close to everything. The host was nice and helpful. I don't mind staying there again. Thanks Jen. 😊

Lovely condo in Manila, would stay again!

Pros: Excellent location with everything in walking distance, fantastic view from the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment is spacious, nice shower.

Cons: It could come with some non-perishable dry goods to help with convenience if needing to cook. Eg oil, salt, pepper, seasoning sachets, sugar, coffee.

Pros: spacious,clean, great location, proximity to St. Lukes Hospital

Cons: grease trap inside the unit smells bad.

Overall, a great stay for 8 nights for 5 guests

Pros: Highly appreciated the early checkin accommodation provided. Unit was nicely sized for our group of 5; it provided space to move around comfortably. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were good quality. Bed configurations provide alternative sleeping arrangements for guests who may not want or need to sleep together. Ample closet space in the bedrooms. We found the kitchen space worked perfectly for cooking and eating in on multiple days; plenty of cabinets; enough counter space; small appliances, cookware, dishes, flatware and drinkware were available. Can't beat the location within BGC; great views from the bedrooms. Main bathroom is spacious. Bath essentials were provided. Usable bathroom in the maid’s room was an unexpected bonus.

Pros: I had an amazing staycation at One Uptown Residence! The entire experience was seamless from the smooth check-in to the stylish, well-maintained unit. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of BGC with easy access to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, but still peaceful enough for some real downtime. The room itself was modern, clean, and cozy — perfect for a relaxing escape. Security and staff were professional and accommodating throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient staycation spot in BGC!
