Pros: Nice and spacious we could sit 4 people in the living room, kitchen was a good size, bedrooms big enough. Apartment was clean. A bit noisy at times because you're downtown but not that bad

Pros: The unit was great - as if we did not leave home. The location was also perfect as it’s close to everything. Lenn, the property manager was accommodating and quick to assist when we had an issue. I highly recommend the property.

Cons: There’s no storage facilities at front desk upon check out unlike in hotels where you can leave your luggage for a while after checking out.

Pros: We felt welcomed by the owner and friendly staff who seemed to be always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The room was spacious, cozy and perfect for unwinding. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully-equipped kitchen to the plush bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for staying connected. The central location made it easy to explore the area, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The swimming pool and facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing break. Additionally, the accommodation's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Pros: Location is excellent, the unit is spacious, impeccably clean and more than adequately furnished (bed is great, sofa is comfy, dining area is appropriate), as well as stocked with basic necessities (towels, slippers, tissues, bottled water). The check in was seamless and easy, the digital security system a big plus although at 11 am the next day it locked us out from the outside. The balcony is pretty with a huge swing seat, and had a nice view. It’s close to One Uptown mall and parade, and the new Mitsukoshi mall which has a wide array of restaurant options. The lobby is very pleasant - nice smelling with new and stylish furniture and fixtures.,

Cons: We had a problem with the air conditioning though in one room which made loud sounds that prevented us from sleeping in that room. It’s too bad cos everything else was great. the response could have been quicker but understand the owner was out of town. The caretaker didn’t even respond to our query, including when we asked why the lock was acting up the next morning. Should definitely have the ac checked more regularly and/or reflect that in the ad for the place.

Pros: Convenient to local shopping and restaurants. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family.

Cons: Shower was poorly designed resulting in water spilling over the rest of the bathroom floor and soaking the toilet paper. Perhaps the installation of a shower curtain would alleviate this.

Cons: No complimentary parking. Was charged 600 for overnight parking (8pm to 3pm). No elevator access to basement 1 & 2 parking. Waiting time for the elevator may take some time in the morning and evening.
