Pros: It is near stores, Starbucks just downstairs and a great overlooking bar/ pub.

Cons: Wish its walking distance to mall

We had a lovely stay. Highly recommend this unit!

Pros: Check in instructions were clear. All building staff are very polite, professional and very helpful especially when we were using Grab and we were waiting at level R1. We feel very safe in this accommodation because of the facilities and its building security. The unit is exactly the same as the photos. It is very cozy and had everything we need. Nice interior and air conditioning in the unit are good. The free parking was also very handy with it being close to the lifts. Note the parking space is a bit tight esp for an SUV or much bigger vehicle. The unit owner was quick in responding to our questions which makes a lot of difference. There are a few restaurants in the strip a.k.a. Circulo Strip. I found Jeff's Laundry in the strip which was very handy as I wasnt able to use the washing machine in the unit

Cons: - There was no clear instruction on how to use the washing machine and unit owner advised we have to provide our own laundry detergent so I ended up not using it. - The place is ideal if you have a vehicle otherwise it is a bit tricky to get cab/Grab and find the reception/pick up point unless you get out of the building. The building has a reception but it's not accessible from the ground floor. You have to go walk to the parking lot and use the elevator to reach reception. The same applies when you want to go out for a walk outside Circulo Verde ie you go through the parking lot to get out of the building by foot.

Pros: Great location with restaurants and small store nearby. Close to Eastwood shopping centre. Clean condo with all the facilities a family needs

Pros: This is the perfect place to stay in the Manila area. I will definitely book here again when I return. The host is superb. The apartment has everything you need and even more.

Pros: Great apartment, clean, beds are comfy. Short walk to Eastwood Mall area for shopping and dining options.

Cons: Little hard to find. Fair slog to and from the airport in high traffic times so if you are looking for an overnight option, this isn't it.

Pros: Absolutely perfect apartment.. well appointed and great staff. The host communicates well and keeps you informed.

Pros: The place smelled like a hotel room upon entering the unit. Everything was squeaky clean. Everything was meticulously designed to provide a wonderful stay. Spacious living room. Elegant furniture, kitchen and dinnerware. Hotel-level towels and beddings. Twin beds and two toilets with shower which is very rare in properties for rent.

Pros: I like the cleanliness of the unit , the location of the vicinity and the quick respond of the management & by providing as good spot in the parking close to our unit and the security is very well maintained,I would like to say thank you so much in behalf of me & my family.
