Cityscape View 2BR in Uptown BGC w 200mbps WiFi

Overall good stay.

Pros: The unit that was given to us was a corner unit and has an amazing view of the city and the pool area. Although the unit was not that new, the facilities were great. It’s well equipped with toiletries, too. It’s just few steps away from Uptown Mall which was very convenient for us.

Cons: The only problem was that the check in instructions did not come not until I kept messaging them on the day of check in. I thought at first I was being scammed when I asked the front desk and was told there’s no endorsement about a stay under my name. Also since it’s a condo apartment bldg, although there’s 24/7 front desk, there’s no place to leave luggages. Had to wait for 3 hrs in the lobby until check in, which apparently was not even allowed but the front desk must’ve pitied us and let us linger longer.

Over all it was a nice experience. Value for money, clean and the location is excellent.

Pros: Its location, very accessible. The reception area smells so nice, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The host is difficult to contact, doesn’t reply to your messages.

Fantastic and cozy stay in a fabulous apartment in BGC

Pros: The comfort of the apartment and the cleanliness was on top. Also I didn't expected that the building was that grandiose. We also wnt to the pool and it was clean, the receptionist was very well mannered.

Cons: I liked everything, it was also near the uptown mall so we had a nice dinner there in the evening.

Pros: The location was great, it's right next to the uptown mall and lots of restaurants around. The room was very spacious, it's very good value.

Cons: The unit was double booked for the first night so we got an upgrade to another room for one night but we had to stay around the next day to move our stuff for the second night which limited our plan for the day.. Also the water stopped flowing for half a day due to water pump issues which is a major hassle. The late check in and check out was not coordinated correctly. We booked a few minutes past the check in which caused the double booking. We asked for a late check out and got an ok by text but I had to rush back as the cleaners arrived early.

Awesome Stay

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The place was awesome and we had a great time.

Cons: I suggest that they provide pot holders, kitchen towels and markers in the oven. We had difficulty figuring out which switch goes with each burner.

Pros: LOCATION. Perfectly situation very near malls and business center! CLEANLINESS. Excellently maintained! We had 3 units booked and all were so clean and fresh! HOSTS RESPONSIVENESS. Very responsive to inquiries and questions!

Very comfortable and relaxing!

Pros: The unit smells and looks clean, its proximity to BGC top spots and to Landers, restaus, malls, etc. The premium feeling of the place.

Cons: Door locks are not working; no soap dish in the shower, flush is not working in the master’s bedroom

The place is ideal for a couple and two teens comfortably, but could accommodate 5 average size individuals. I would def

Pros: The Internet is superfast, it was over 320 mbps on my test although the unit quoted only 200 mbps. It has a fairly equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, cooking and eating. It has a washer/dryer and actual 2 bathrooms, with shower each (unlike other misadvertised 2 bathrooms but only one shower). Small but decent living/dining area.

Cons: It had a beautiful city view but limited. The rooms are small but could still hold two average size individual (under 6’).
