Pros: You get what you pay for. Don't expect a 5 star hotel experience as it's an apartment with other tenants/residents too. Apartment is clean, well-maintained and daily set menu breakfast is provided

Cons: Parking for self or visitors is a challenge and confusing. Instructions are not very clear and staff can appear clueless.

Pros: The Apartment was Awesome. We had Breakfast every Morning and they helped us a lot. Miss Anna the Assistent, organized a lot of things we requested and even in the night was available to contact. Thanks a lot again for the effort Anna.

I was a good stay. Just a few very minor issues.

Pros: The staff was excellent. The location was excellent. Very quiet room.

Cons: The pool was unavailable for 2 days. If I missed the notice that it would be closed during our stay then I apologize. The drapes in the bedroom let in to much light. The shower curtain probably needs to be replaced it has mold on the bottom

Pros: The manager, Eric, was so very helpful in ensuring that we had a good stay. He also helped us find a car and driver to Clark Airport, and recommended a nearby clinic for my husband, who had developed an ear infection. The Asian breakfasts they served were tasty and delivered to the room every morning, which was much appreciated. And the location cannot be beat - within a few minutes walk to the Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi Department Store. Highly recommended!!!

Cons: The bed pillows were a little lumpy, but it was a very minor inconvenience.

Pros: Great host.good house keeping, nice view plenty of shopping choices at hand.a comfortable stay

Great stay and we hope to come back with some improvements.

Pros: Location and great staff. Complimentary breakfast.

Cons: Maybe some basic stuff to help new guests on their first day. We had to buy disposable hand towels & hand wash.

A great stay!

Pros: A comfortable stay in a great location. Staff were excellent and catered for all our needs including the luggage storage after check-out. So convenient that drinking water was provided too. A lovely spacious unit which provided that home away from home environment. Thank you!

Cons: Nothing that we didn’t like. One suggestion would be to replace the huge wall storage unit with a small dining table instead.

Pros: We like how approachable da receptionists, guards, room attendant and all staff are. Amazing! Will be back for sure. Neat and clean, nearby with mall, restaurants and other store conveniences.

Cons: Nothing tbh.

Pros: The location is amazing, right in the heart of BGC. Great view from the condo. Eric and the staff were very welcoming and helpful hosts. We look forward to returning.

Cons: Would have preferred: - warmer shower water. - more western type breakfast - less expensive mini bar

Overall, my stay was a comfortable and memorable one. Given the chance, I would booked again.

Pros: The staff were wonderful. Both helpful and accommodating. The unit was clean and included the necessary standard amenities for a comfortable stay. The building is situated in a convenient location with various points of interest nearby.

Cons: I would've preferred for a more thicker and softer mattress, as well as, more pillows available for the bed.
