Pros: Nice and clean appartement. Located near SM Bicutan.

Cons: We had to pay 600Php for electric bills for a night. No shampoo and soap.

It was great and had an awesome stay.

Pros: The unit is clean and has very beautiful decorations and most of all the flat-screen TV has Netflix, YouTube, etc., aircon functioning well. Terrace overlooking SLEX - main entrance gate.

Cons: We can't access the internet I don't know why even, it said connected but no internet. The spoon and fork are not complete heheh ... the staff was not responsive when we asked about the towel... but overall stay was great. Thanks.

Satisfied customer....responsive on all concerned ..affordable and clean.

Pros: Thank you to Ms. Ivic who assited us from our check in til our check out. She is so responsive on all our concerns. The unit is so clean and the needs for cooking were all there. Recommended 100%. Not as aesthetic but so affordable.

Cons: Nothing...satisfied stayng for 3 days and 2 nights

Relaxing!!!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in the unit! it was maintained and clean and it was refreshing to look at. Having a property where there is a hint of beach ambiance in the middle of the city is an extraordinary experience. I felt the same experience as if we went to a real beach. I also love how the staff has accommodated our queries. Overall, satisfying and would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Cons: One worth noting is the elevators. The use of elevators was a concern as what we saw that there are only about three elevators working at the time (one in the evening) and having seen families book in the same building, it was a race between renters from using them.
