Great Stay.

Pros: The host is very accommodating. She responds promptly to our messages and makes sure to address our requests at the best of her ability. We arrived earlier than 2pm and as soon as the room was ready, she immediately let us check in. On our check out, we asked if we can leave our luggage since we had an appointment and we cannot bring our luggage with us. She willingly took stored our luggage until we arrived back after our appointment. The location is very central. Literally a few minutes walk to MOA, MOA ARENA etc. There is convenience store and a massage parlor next to the entrance of the tower. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Pasay. Also, I would book this accommodation again when in Pasay.

Pros: Just near the mall of asia, minute away from japan embassy via grab taxi. there are restaurants around and there is a convenient store. the room was clean and smelled good when we entered. kind host. the washing machine was a big help for us. we will come back when we arrange some documents again.

Pros: It’s easy to find and near to the location of our event. Facilities are almost complete and easy to request for others that are needed by us through Ms Rosalie.

Spotless stay with a great MOA view—no cockroaches!

Pros: The unit at Tower A, Sea Residences was spotless—never saw a single cockroach, which is a rare find in SMDC condos! Loved the MOA Arena/IKEA view, and we’ll definitely book again when in the area.
