Pros: The apartment is a bit tired, but clean and large, has separate bedroom and many facilities. But was not aware we had to pay for the swimming pool every day? Nor was i informed when I arrived and was embarrassed when I was asked to leave swimming pool!

Stayed 3 night it was a good fun

Pros: The location is Centre of Manila. Had easy access to the transportation and there is Alfamart at the apartment. The room is enough big and cleaning is exceptional. The Host Paul give me all the facilities as i requested. The room was facing pool view from the 14th floor. The staff Lester help me to purchase the adopter for me as i didn't have with me. Overall had a great experience with the host.

Cheap Condo at MOA

Pros: If you want to experience condo nearby MOA with the cheapest rate among all here at booking.com. It has a very nice view of the pool, even at night or day.

Cons: You can only avail pool swimming upon payment of 150, if admin is not available, staff can offer a ticket to you, it is not included on what you payed for. I just noticed that door handle at balcony is broken, flush at toilet is missing half of the button, sofa is no longer aligned and no basic toiletries such as tissue, shampoo etc. But it is all manageable, nonetheless, it is the cheapest. Early morning the next day, staff knocked and asked to left the thrash at the basement, later on another staff asked for some cleaning materials and I informed about throwing thrash at basement, good thing he agree that I don't have to.

Pros: good location. very nice staff and easy communication. the condo it self had everything that is needed. overall good value for Monday.

Cons: living area couch was kind of Shakey. need to do bug exterminations more often.

Pros: the location is perfect because it's close to MOA, airport, BCG and other places you want to access in Manila. Amenities wise, bed is comfortable, room is spacious enough, hot and cold water, and I specifically requested for iron and it's available. There are 2 mini marts in the building where you can get all the necessities for your stay, restaurants and an ATM machine. All in all it was a perfect stay for us and would definitely book it again in the future.

Cons: there's no microwave:) but it's not a big deal.

Pros: The location is walking distance to the MOA. ideal Everything that I used in the condo worked properly. Great value overall
