Studio Units at SM Light Residences Condo Beside Boni MRT Station

All in all its awesome

Pros: Location is excellent. Coz mrt is connected to it. With restaurants, movie house and grocery shop and it's near to everywhere you want to explore within the city

Cons: None at all.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and a homely one. Nice for those who are looking for a good rest.

Pros: The security was very good. They are very helpful too. Clean drinking water was being provided + other amenities such as iron and washing machine. A Cleaner was also being provided to clean the room every 3 days. It is very near to SM Light and nice eating places.

Cons: It is quite a distance walk from the entrance to the room. Have to use several elevators.

Convenient.

Pros: The unit is at Lights 1. It is very convenient to stay there because there is a mall there and the MRT is directly connected to it as well. Close to public transpo and very convenient for Grab pick ups as well.

Cons: None.

Pros: The location is very convenient, with the SM shopping center located just beneath the building. The only drawback is that you have to walk quite a distance from the main building to reach your condo. However, aside from that, it was a fantastic stay. The host is helpful and very responsive to questions—great value for money!

My stay was nice and relaxing

Pros: Clean convenient shopping mall under the building and central to everything

Cons: I didn’t like the fact you had to pay to swim I feel if your renting a condo you should get the use off the pool for free

Pros: Very well set up for comfortable living with good cooking equipment and crockery

Pros: The host was very friendly and accomodating. I find the unit very clean and during my stay, I was offered housekeeping multiple times. Since it's a condo unit, I feel very secured. I love that there is an SM Light Mall and the location is accessible

Cons: I find the security very strict at times but kind of understandable. For someone who is always cold and not comfortable using an aircon, a comforter or a thicker blanket would be appreciated.

The best stay I've had in Mandaluyong

Pros: It was the most superb and amazing place we've stayed in the heart of Mandaluyong. There is a supermarket on the ground floor. Easy check-in and check-out. The staff was very accommodating. They have appliances for cooking and clothes ironing. The best of it all is the pool view, and their elevator is fast.

Cons: Although there was a heavy smell of smoke during our check-in, it was manageable by opening the window and turning on the exhausts. Would have been best if they could do it prior to the guest's check-in time

Pros: It was clean, good location, nice pool and outdoor area

Very good furniture, kitchen etc.. You could easily live here. Good internet and TV.

Pros: Location great quite convenient next to SM Light Mall.

Cons: Little noisy due to traffic and train. Elevators were busy due to lot of apartments and floors. Swimming Pool charge of 150 peso.
