Relaxing Apt Bgc Business Ready with 84inch Cinema

Amazing apartment hotel with lots of bonuses. However, the surrounding area is a little boring.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and came with a lot of things we needed like; Basic seasonings, water bottle, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Having Netflix was great too and there are some games which is a nice extra.

Cons: The area is nice and clean but there isn't much to do in the local area. It's very rich but not as populated as somewhere like BGC nearby. I felt like I could have found a cheaper alternative in a better area if I was familiar with city more.

A unique and fun staycation

Pros: The owner has a lot to offer for a staycation. I have been using this platform for a lot of years and been doing staycation for a lot of time within Metro Manila but the owner of this unit is different from other owners. The unit has a touch of Japandi design, minimalist and very unique. The unit has a projector screen for a different type of movie experience, has a smart tv and streaming platform, has a popcorn maker which was fun,big tic tac toe and foosball. It was a clean unit with free towels and liquid soap. The wifi is also strong we were able to work for a bit. There is also blower and iron for clothes free to use. Its near a supermarket and is also near to get taxis or grab car. We definitely want to book again and maybe in the other units.

Cons: I have arthropod hyper sensitivity allergy so i am sensitive to dust mites and bed bugs but the linens seem and feels clean and I like the comfort of thick bed but the pillows were a bit hard, i mostly get stiff neck so it was a bit uncomfy to sleep for me. But not much of a problem.

Super Duper location

Pros: It was cosy and had everything we needed. It was also very close to malls and local stores. Everything was within walking distance.

Cons: This isn't really a dislike but more of a personal preference, I'm not a fan of memory foam mattresses as they tend to be a tad stiff for my ever insufferable lower back pains.

Pros: The room is very clean. The owner is always responsive. The building staff were all kind. Overall, a relaxing place to stay.

Perfect for couple stay while roaming around BGC

Pros: The host was responsive and the cleaner was very nice. I had confusion (my fault) sa check out date&time. The place was close enough sa airport, spacious enough for comfort, and clean. The location is good we enjoyed our stay and we rested well sa comfy bed.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good for us.

Nice place to stay

Pros: 2nd time we booked here because we had a good stay the first time and so it was the 2nd time. Perfect position in the city, quiet place, clean, big room, all comfort, everything perfect.

Cons: We just had to make multiple calls just to leave our baggage inside the room a couple of hours earlier. The room was free, we didn't want to do the check in, but we arrived 2 hours earlier and we asked if we could have at least leave 1 baggage there 'cause it was heavy and they made so much trouble about it. So, never arrive early or they won't care of letting you wait.

Pros: malinis, maayos madali kausap ung may ari.. nabitbit ko nga ung cord ng charger nakakahiya nasoli ko naman buti nakain lang kame sa Venice mall nun tumawag ung owner..

Pros: It was clean, ample space to host 3 persons and equipped with all the things you basically need. The property host is responsive and kind enough to even allow us to check out time 1 hour beyond the indicated time.

Cons: The toilet bowl was a bit stinky and not brushed properly.
