Pros: Our stay was a combi of leisure and work. It was awesome. Its very neat and clean, smell so good. The view was so nice. The room is great, we were able to sleep comfortably.

Cons: Netflix is not working on the tv.

Stress-free stay

Pros: Everything you need is there, most specially if you are staying for a couple of days and you do not want to be just staying at a hotel room. It’s really a home away from home. Plus you have the grocery, restaurants, banks at the ground floor of the building. Even a convenience store and a 24/7 milktea place. Super easy to contact the owner and the property manager for anything. A big plus that they can arrange for a paid parking slot all throughout the stay so anytime you can just drive in and out.

Cons: Just really the reception/guards of the building - I think they need to sort out their paperwork and endorsement system. We stayed for 4 days and when there is a new guard around, they looked for the auth letter. Good thing the owner/host was available to be messaged and/or called so that they can speak with the guards.. which really is much appreciated to the host because they had been providing us support all throughout our stay.
