Family size Staycation in Makati with new year's firework balcony view

Pros: The property is clean and tidy. Host is very responsive to requests and questions. Close to the airport and shops are walking distance.

Superb Condo

Pros: Its a Big spacious apartment, in a great location with lots of restaurants. The price to value you get is phenomenal and the staff is ever so helpful. We can’t recommend this room or any other room offered by Francia and her team enough.

Cons: The only thing I can say, and we knew that beforehand that there will only be bunk beds since it’s normal for a family vacation Setup. But that was only a slight problem for me and my partner. And the mattresses and beds could be more comfortable

Pros: it is cozy and big room with big balcony. it is suitable for family. we really enjoy the view from this big balcony. we will come to choose it next time. host and janitor are nice.

Cons: it is better to install some thick curtains for windows. there is no sofa in the room now. but nothing is perfect.

Comfortable and wonderful stay in a spacious condo in Makati

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable one-bedroom condo/apartment with balcony good for 4 persons situated in a safe location and walking distance to malls and business establishments. Property owner and manager are very accomodating to our requests and made sure we had everything we need during our stay. Very commendable!

Recommended, Amazing stay at the property specially with family

Pros: overall stay is really great, specially if you are with family, from the time we check in you will see that the property is very neath and clean,complete amenities, nice atmosphere ,amazing city view, and very accessible to places you wanted to visit around Makati area, restaurants are around the building and operating till midnight,

Pros: Room is so comfy. Dual Inverter aircondition. Amenities is all free. No pool charge. Easy to access and there's a nearby mall and restaurants. Balcony View is amazing. Double bed is good. Can accomodate 5 pax. Free water and ice. Responsive on my messages and it has VIDEOKE. We love it obviously cos we extend our stay. Thank you!

Great location, great units, great owners!

Pros: I really liked that the property is situated in a very convenient location! The units we stayed in were very modern, clean, and comfortable; perfect for my parents and I. The units also came with everything we needed as well as a beautiful skyline view at the roof deck and a pool/gym/garden area. Lastly, the owners were very kind, responsive, and accommodating! We appreciate their professionalism very much.

Cons: The units did not come with a microwave (we used the stove, but it was more effort to warm up our leftovers) and the studio unit did not have a refrigerator, so many of our leftover food went bad quickly over night. But it’s okay, we just had to be more aware about what kind of food we bring back after our outing!
