Pros: The friendly concierge staff named Alfredo. The prompt replies of the owners Erwin and Joel. Joel, one of the owners was friendly and helpful. The extra pillows and light but absorbent bath towels. The ironing board was flimsy, a proper, standard ironing board would be ideal.

Cons: Freezer ice trays were broken, unsafe due to their sharp edges and yet were left there. The pillows were too soft but not a big deal, it's my preference for firm pillows. The stench coming out of the bathroom drains was horrible, we had to keep spraying air freshener to mask the stench. The bedroom air-conditioners that are bed level. The dining table and chairs with sharp edges, unsafe. No bath mats available. No rubbish bin liners or bags were available.

I had a great time. Unit is modern and very nice.

Pros: The location is excellent—just a few steps away from the mall, which made everything super convenient. The unit itself is modern, newly refurbished, and very comfortable. The property agent was easy to deal with—friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay even though it was raining. Very thankful to have someone who assisted us he’s very nice and kind.

Pros: For the price, this place was excellent value. The size of the unit was the biggest standout for us: it was spacious, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our needs. Having two bedrooms made a huge difference, especially since we were able to use the second room entirely for our luggage, which kept the living space uncluttered and relaxing. The design of the condo is another highlight. It has a modern Japanese-inspired style that really adds character to the space. The layout feels thoughtfully planned, and the overall aesthetic is both stylish and cozy without feeling overdone. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The host was also great!!! very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth, and any questions we had were handled quickly. The location is convenient as well, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable place near the airport.

Cons: N/A Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Our stay was smooth overall, and any minor points were very small and didn’t take away from the experience.

Pros: I recently booked this 2-bedroom apartment for my friends and me, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything looked brand new, and the place was absolutely immaculate. The interior had a beautiful modern Japanese design with tasteful pops of orange that added a cheerful touch. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. We found everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to towels—already thoughtfully provided. One great feature was the smart lock, so we didn’t have to worry about carrying keys around. The booking process was smooth, and communication was excellent. Erwin, the property manager, and Joel, the on-site assistant, were both very accommodating and quick to respond to all my inquiries. We truly appreciated their helpfulness. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, spotless, and hassle-free stay!

Cons: It would be nice to have a few extra hooks or hangers for wet towels.
