Pros: The room was well prepped before my arrival. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. The biggest standout for me was the landlord. She was friendly, professional, and really helped me out with some special situations like lost room key, and logistical problems that I had when I first arrived. I stayed at this unit for 45 days, then extended another 45 days. I also booked it again at a later date for some of my other family members. Landlord rating is 10/10.

Cons: Local noise levels were a little higher than expected for temporary reasons, but future bookings should be fine. I booked again for my family.
