The Beacon Condo (1BR Unit)

Pros: The host provided cleaning materials, toiletries, coffee and tea.

Cons: Bathroom deodorant

Nice apartment, easy to walk to Greenbelt Mall and other locations in Makati.

Pros: The Beacon is located in walking distance (20 min) from Greenbelt Mall and a Waltermart with a supermarket just across the street. There are some restaurants at the building's street level and around it. If you venture out a bit you can find more nice restaurants.

Pros: A very nice well set up apartment. Everything works and it is clean and tidy. The facility has an excellent pool and very good amenities.

Cons: The elevators were inadequate as one was out of service and one dedicated to priority users. This meant having to wait up to 30mins to get out of the building.

Excellent Choice

Pros: I like that everything from booking to accessing the condo was seamless and no issue or delays

Cons: Everything was perfect. While I only stayed for 1 night, I was expecting to possibly stay longer than 2 days on my return trip from Canada and thought it would have been nice to have a small laundry machine and dryer if it was possible. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Very comfy bed, good facilities

Pros: Super comfy bed, great gym & pool, easy to follow instructions for property, great overall apartment, good food available to order online and handy shop across the road, hair dryer and extras provided

Cons: Nothing major but there was used razor left from previous guest in bathroom, we arrived at 13:30, the concierge wouldn’t allow us into the apartment 30 mins early and asked us to wait in the lobby until exactly 14:00 which seemed unnecessary

Host replies were good and the condo itself was very nice.

Pros: Staff and hosts very good and the lady who helped me with TV and other set up was most helpful and friendly The lady who assisted me to pack boxes on my departure was excellent and friendly. Sorry ladies I have already forgotten your names.

Cons: I requested and early check in because I had travelled far from Romblon provinve and have trouble walking unaided I had to wait in the lobby for a LONG time... I accept early book in would have been a favour.... so I will leave it at that.... But still disappointed On checkout I had to fetch my own trolley.. up and down lift and waited long time... Then back down again... Poter did assist me with trolley when he saw me downstairs.... Most grateul. TOILET SEAT needs replacing... IT is too smalll for the seat.... Horrible.

Pros: it was nice to stay here.. near to grocery and you can also cook.

Very comfortable place to stay when you’re on a budget.

Pros: Very affordable. Place is clean and comfortable to stay. Really love to book here again soon.

Great place, but don’t expect a comfortable couch when watching Netflix

Pros: Its proximity to everything we needed for a post-surgical stay.

Cons: The living room furniture is very uncomfortable.

Pros: Its very feel at home.. were looking forward to staying again in this unit. Very affordable and very calm place. Simple and peaceful.
