Many pros, some cons

Pros: The flat is located in a nice building with a lot of shops. It has all what it takes for a short stay. The owner is communicating well and leaving the flat in an impecable status.

Cons: I couldn't sleep well, because even if it was the 47th floor, I could hear the traffic all night long, as well as some light entering from the window. Bring a mask. The bathroom is ok, but not good.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, great kitchen with small stove and all essential equipment. In a safe location. Shops & restaurants close by.

Cons: There is a short wait for life’s. The internet stopped working but the owner had it fixed quickly.

Great stay in Makati

Pros: Great location in Makati, right next to a shopping mall that has a large supermarket. Very safe building complex with reception at the bottom. Outdoor pool available but this is extra. Cooking essentials all provided, had no trouble cooking. Also had large fridge to store food.

Cons: Bathroom got very wet from the shower as there was no curtain. Took a while to dry. Bedroom lets in a lot of light

Pros: You get an apartment, with kitchen. There is a water tank inside. The bedroom has a view of the city, very cool to have the curtains open in the evening! Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was also good.

Cons: Curtains didn't block the light enough, the Coldwater function of the water tank didn't work.

Pros: Property was in good location. Facilities needed were provided. Availability of Netflix account is a surprise. A blowdry is a nice addition.

Cons: keys to the property were not provided immediately, needs several calls to the admin's property manager to get the keys
