Excellent place to stay

Pros: The owner was so responsive to all our questions. We find it so comfortable and accessible on the location near the malls, restaurants and stores. The place was clean and Sir Raul was so considerate specially we needed to extend our time for we need to go late before our flight and he has given us good discount. Highly recommended hopefully our next vacation they will be available again for our stay in Manila🙏❤️

Pros: Good location, friendly owner, very responsvie. They allowed early checkin. There are only 2 slots for swimming but owner really helps us find another slot for 1 guest.

Cons: Off smell the first time we enter the room. Book for 4pax but provided 2 bath towels only, the owner inform us the night before checkin. No tissue. No basic toiletries (only body wash and soap)

Wonderful Experience - Will Return!

Pros: Location, Self-Check in and accommodating unit owner is superb! Everything inside the unit is pretty much it. They provide helpful instructions specifically for longer stays. Indeed very fast wifi and the unit was clean when we first visited. Good thing it also has a washing machine and waterheater during our long stay, which was really helpful. Owner was very nice and is checking up on us from time to time to see if we're doing okay during our stay. It's very nice that we are very close to malls, markets, restos and more. Overall, we are satisfied and really enjoyed the unit.

Cons: Not really an issue from us, but locks in the bathroom and balcony aren't fully closing. Would be nice for it to get fixed for future tenants.
