Good value for money, easily accessible to NAIA Terminal 3 by GRAB.

Pros: The caretaker Nanay Domita looked after me from check in to check out. The fuse box gave out one night and she liaised with in-house maintenance to get it fixed quick smart - that's duty-of-care and good customer service. The unit felt like home with cooking utensils and a washing machine that helped me immensely. Wi-fi reception is lightning fast. There's a Robinson's Supermarket at the ground floor and many eateries within striking distance.

Cons: The sofa bed is a disappointment. It is old and worn and needs urgent replacement.

Manila's best value accommodation

Pros: The location, facilities, and rooms were all excellent. There was a kitchen and a refrigerator. The manager, Domie, was wonderful. He cooked for us and gave us kind explanations, so we were able to stay comfortably. This is a place we definitely want to come back to. Thank you very much.

Pros: This is by far the BEST hotel/BNB I have ever stayed in. Nothing can compare to the comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and the caretaker's kindness. One of the best parts is that you can pack very light 'cause they have a washing machine and LOTS of free water. PS Thank you for buying us healthy fruits! See you again soon!

Great spot and would definitely stay again!

Pros: Everything about the stay was excellent! Great communication with host. I arrived early and the cleaning lady helped with washing laundry. View was great from balcony. The bed was super comfy and whole place very clean.100% recommend this place to everyone!

Pros: The property itself is clean. Also this is a new condo. We stayed 18 days in this place There is a grocery store and pan de manila, coffee shop in the ground floor area. Ate Dominga is very helpful also.
