MOA Shore 3 New Modern One bedroom Condo

Pros: All rounds good place can cook your own food ...and walking distance to mall of Asia

Pros: The host replied in a timely manner. The location is very good.

Cons: The cabinet door in the bedroom was a bit heavy to open.

Pros: - the staff tower - self check in - the flat layout

Cons: - bit far for MOA (especially with kids - more 20 / 25minutes than 5 to 10 as said - not much restaurant or atm around

Great unit at a very affordable price.

Pros: The owner and unit manager were very kind and accommodating. I requested for the room to be decorated for my husband's and my anniversary and they exceeded my expectations. The room decor is chique and modern and the beds and pillows are really comfortable. We came as a family with 2 teenage kids and the room size is perfect. My husband and I watched JoKoy's show at MOA arena and the location is really convenient and accessible to restaurants and convenience stores. For an extra fee, we were able to use the pool which was huge and clean. We will definitely book and stay again next time.

Cons: I know it's the building's problem but it would really be swell if the cockroach problem is handled well.

Family vacation

Pros: Location, very friendly and helpful host. Lovely apartment.

Will stay again next time we visit Manila but will try for a larger 2 bedroom unit.

Pros: Location was excellent close to Mall Of Asia. On arrival the staff were very helpful with accessing WiFi to enable us to obtain the door code as we didn't receive it until just before arrival and we didn't have phone service or internet service on our mobile phones due to coming from Australia. It is fully self contained so you could cook but we just ate out. WiFi is excellent and very good air conditioning. The security guards on duty are very helpful.

Cons: Unit was a little small for 3 people with large luggage. Shower and toilet area a little small but you get used to it. Balcony are way too small especially as most of the area was used for the air condition unit.

Pros: Loved the location, so close to everything. The host Ruby was amazing and so helpful. Seriously my new go to place when I'm in Manila

One of the best condos at the Shore 3 site. Highly recommended for anyone.

Pros: Very good location, close to Mall of Asia. It’s just like the pictures and it’s nice and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Only one thing to note, the sockets for electrics is all Philippine type, so remember to bring converters 😊

Pros: The unit has exquisite location placed at the end of the corridor which isn't anyt any noise and peacefull sleep ( in case you are worn-out sufficient for the day). Aesthetically rooms, relaxed ambience, easy and i like the scent across the unit. Additionally, close to the fire exit which is ideal for emergency conditions and you may see the pool out of the window.

Pros: The place was superb! My friends and I had a great time. Super love the place and the hosts are responsive. Looking forward to booking this property again soon. 🤸🏼‍♀️
