MOA Rental

Pros: Booked this accommodation for a concert at Mall of Asia Arena, and the location was just perfect! I could see MOA from our balcony, which was just lovely. Our building was just across a lot of Chinese restaurants, with banks and convenience stores around the area. All of the appliances were functional, and hot water (shower) was consistent as well. Bath towels were provided. The hosts themselves were good at following up on our stay, and they were easy to talk to!

Cons: We were wondering if the AC unit could get checked/fixed coz although it was working well, there's this noise that comes out when the temperature gets lowered down. We occasionally lower it down to 28 when the room gets too cold but we don't want to turn it off and open the balcony door/window.

Pros: The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The place was simple and good for short term stays. Property has a balcony overseeing the pools. Will probably book again for another visit in the area. Thank you, Mam Arlene.

Cons: The sofa was a bit itchy, there were ants, some insects or cockroaches in the bathroom and cabinets. Wifi was a little slow, not probably recommended if using multiple devices.

I am going to stay there again in a few months!

Pros: Perfect location for my trip and events to attend, convenient for groceries and short walk for my runs by Manila Bay!

Pros: The unit is clean, I noticed that the linens are fresh, smells nice. There are kitchen appliances and utensils that you can use if you want to cook. The location is great, just a couple of blocks away from moa. The view is great as well, we were able to watch the fireworks show at seaside from the balcony.

Cons: The aircon is leaking, we often steps on the water that leaked from the ac and the tv is quite complicated to use my bf is trying to find the tv channels because he wanted to watch the news but we don't know how to find it.

Very good value for stays in the area. Would definitely consider again in the future.

Cons: I expected sa may Sea Residence yung place kaso biglang na lipat sa S Residence.maganda yung place kaso medyo lumayo kunti sa MOA.
