Perfect after long haul flights, walking distance to MOA.

Pros: The host is very accommodating. Appliances are easily available in the unit. We had a great stay after a long haul flight before our next flight again to our hometowns. There's convenience store around the residences too and just walking distance to MOA. Thank you to Ate Shiela, for making sure the unit is clean.

Pros: Very convenient to Moa its 1block away save money no need to taxi just by walking distance.around the area alot for Amenities and Restaurants. Close to airport too.

Pros: love the interior and the staff, they are amazing!

Cons: moth balls smell in the flat everytime we get inside the flat is too strong. The smell in the bathroom, prolly from unsealed toilet seat ( we are not sure)

Pros: I liked the cleanness, and how easy to find. Everything was ok except the staff.

Cons: I didn’t like The staff at the reception , one girl listening music with earphones while talking to her coworkers. I showed the receipt sent by email for the registration at the property but still didn’t care and gave us a number to call but no answer. After complaining they acted with bad face and pointing finger like ok ok go that way . We were at Tower E. When I’ll come back again to Philippines I won’t come there anymore either recommend to anyone
