Cozy place. Great Location.

Pros: The location was perfect for our visit. Close to the hospital and funeral home. Also close to SM Bicutan. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The building has rooftop common area. The owner was also very responsive to providing what we needed like extra beddings for the sofa bed.

Cons: The mattress was still covered with the plastic. Shower essentials like shower gel/soap, shampoo and conditioner would be nice if provided. Also, providing a kitchen towel or paper towel would be great. These are the things can be improved for the next guests.
