Huge apartment

Pros: Huge apartment and the location is perfect. The additional charges were a bit too much for a night stay. Quite significant from the advertised price. Easy to miss when booking.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location

Pros: Property manager, Angelica Jamshidi provided great communication, before, during and after our stay. Location was walking distance from numerous restaurants and bars and 10 min. Walk to St. Luke’s.

Cons: A/C in living room/dining room was leaking.

Pros: It was very clean and the place was big. You had everything you needed. because we came from different locations, it was practical to have a washer to wash our clothes.

Cons: The aircondition was working but it didnt felt like its getting more cold in the room.

Pros: Really great location and complete ammenities. The washing machine is a game changer as we are traveling with young children and clothes get messy.

Cons: The water pressure in the bathroom was faulty and kept making a shrieking squealing noise.

Preis Leistung schwer zu schlagen. Gastgeberin Angel hat sich alles gekümmert.

Pros: Perfekte Lage nahe dem Forbes Town Center. BGC konnte ohne Probleme zu Fuß erkundet werden, vom Forbes Town Center bis zum Market Market ca. 20- 30 Minuten. Makati, Venice oder Ortigas konnten per Taxi schnell erreicht werden. Supermarkt bzw 7-Eleven in direkter Nachbarschaft.

Cons: Man merkt der Wohnung das Alter mitlerweile an. Es gab nur eine Key Card für den Aufzug, so dass man sich Absprechen musste bzw zusammen das Appartment verlassen musste.
