Pros: The check in intructions were clear and easy to understand. The unit is very spacious. Has the things you needed. The entire unit smells good and all rooms are air conditioned.

Cons: Wifi is not does'nt reach when you are at the second floor. The tv remote control in one of the rooms already ran out of battery. The unit owner responds faster than the caretaker.

Cons: The sheets did not feel as clean as it should have been and the airconditioners were not in their top shape.

A cozy and neat penthouse in a nice building with proximity to shopping areas

Pros: The apartment is neat and we like its proximity to shopping areas. The kitchen is well equipped with almost everything one might need. Communication with the host is fantastic. She even obliged us late check out without pay. We will surely visit again

nice place to relax - cosy and just watch Manila pass by.

Pros: lovely peaceful view from balcony, fitted 3 quiet well. has one double ensuite room and two single bed rooms upstairs and the kitchen and lounge downstairs. security at the front, location is quiet good close to malls 7/11 downstairs, and jollibees and 24 min drive from Makati.

Cons: unfortunately during our stay we had issue with plumbing that was resolved in 2 days. we were always informed of the maintenance works which was good communication.

Pros: The penthouse was excellent with perfect view and location for a great value. Loreto is also an accommodating host. I highly recommend his place 👍

Clean and Spacious Penthouse...worth the price

Pros: The unit is nice, clean and also spacious. The view is amazing on the top. You can cook there for lesser expenses. We will be sure to come back again. The owner is very kind. Thank you so much sir.
