Fairly good.

Pros: Near to the venue that I attended, just across the street and walking distance.

Cons: I will still give the owner Gavin a fair rating on this booking. Owner is apologetic and respond to my inquiry promptly. The room was not ready and was told that he is the only one available to clean the room as it was Sunday. Found the room fairly clean, there are dust in the wall, the bed sheet has stains, no towels and toiletries but kudos he made sure that the bathroom is clean as I can see that its still wet when I arrived. He managed to get me a newly bought towels not yet washed so it smells like chemical. 😅 Hopefully this will improve on your next customers, but overall from 1 to 10, I'll rate this properly a 8.
