Pros: Accessible to everything. Place is clean and cozy. Cold aircon. Owner is quick to reply to queries. Reasonable price for a place to stay.

Cons: The non-availabilily of parking should have been made clear from the start. Though the owner helped to find me an avilable parking within the area.
