Wonderful

Pros: What I love about our accommodation was the location and value for money. The area is very closeby to where I had my training. SMDC Air also had access to everything, from grocery, food and restaurants, transportation and it is in the heart of everything.

Cons: I guess, the host forgot to inform the cleaner that we will be continuing with our accommodation. I was going back and forth at first in not continuing with our plans to travel there as my child was sick and informed them about this situation, and later in the day, we just decided to proceed with our flights and accommodation. WE arrived at 7pm and the room then was not yet ready, luckily they were fast in preparing the room. We were tired already by then due to long flight and travels.

Pros: Internet was indeed very fast and stable. Huge plus for me. It's a standard Manila Condo but with an amazing view since its literally on the top floor. Location is perfect in the center of Makati and the mall has everything you need. Highly recommended.

Cons: No accesible balcony. Hair dryer did not work.

I enjoyed staying but still need some improvements

Pros: The owner is very responsive, and even the staff. They instructed me accordingly from check in to check out

Cons: I have reported to the owner all I noticed while we were staying. 1. The faucet in the toilet is dripping 2. The study table can't be used Here is some feedback that wasn't able to be reported to the owner. 3. And the pillow is not soft, and I think it's old. 4. The sofa bed is hard, we are not comfortable sitting while watching. So we sit on the floor. 5. There's no Netflix

A homey place to stay

Pros: The bed is comfortable. Feels like home. Complete kitchen utensils and good shower room. The owner Ms. Carol is easy to contact with.

Cons: If only you can have duvets or a thicker blankets, much better. And more clearer info about the pool use. Aside from that, not much bad things to say.
