Pros: Nice building many shops close to other things, good location. Decent room

Cons: Hot water is up, down so it's hot the cold, no cold water adjustment , so have to adjust with temp. Knob. Back door was a pain to close , lock, needs adjustment. There's a 150 peso fee to use pool daily, kinda cheezy

Heavenly and perfect

Pros: This place was heavenly. Was very clean and very nice. Shops right downstairs of easy convenience. Easy to order a taxi using grab app as has private pick up and drop off area. The pool was amazing just need to grab your tickets before 1pm but our host told us all this before we arrive and is very helpful with any questions we had.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect

Really The Best Staycation Place

Pros: Love the apartment and location. The fact that there are malls right on the ground floor . So convenient . Feel safe too ! Thanks to Ryan too who was so helpful answering all our quetions on touristy stuff🤩 Would love to come back and stay here again. Definitely recommended !!!

Cons: The smell from the drainage....sink? It does gradually lessen as you use it more...If this was fixed it would be great !!! Room's a bit small but hey...can't win them all. All in all.👍👍👍

Pros: The place itself is very nice and cute, just some small things that didn’t really bother us that the host can’t help like the smell that comes from the sink in the kitchen but very small as we were out most of the day. Ryan is very attentive and responds very quickly. He was very helpful. Check in was quick :)

Cons: The lack of communications between the owner and the administration, I had two times turned off my guests for no obvious reasons. Even the owner told them I'm allowed to have my guests visit me.

Pros: The location is great as it is in the middle of important areas in Manila. There are many restaurants and facilities near the residence. Ryan provided fantastic support and was always available to answer any questions.

Pros: Ryan is such a great host. He promptly responded to all my requests and inquiries and made sure I got everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Also love the location and convenience of having the mall at the ground floor for a quick bite and grocery shopping. Major shopping malls like Greenbelt, SM and Landmark are just walking distance.
