Pros: It is a comfortable apartment fir 2 people. Convenience stores clise by. Street food literally one block away and multiple other ootions within 5 minutes walk. We definitely recommend and if we come back to Manila will try and stay here.

Cons: During our stay they decided to work on the tiles around one pool and decide to close both pools for swimming.

Pros: Clean and cozy. Beige/neutral accent made the room look bigger and brighter. (Though the plastic plants made it a bit stuffy.) Cooking tools are available. Location was near my places of appointment. Also a walking distance to Legazpi park, convenience stores, restaurants (Japanese restos are everywhere) and malls. ++Guests are allowed to use the gym. Host was responsive and helpful. He notified me with important reminders during my stay. Very much appreciated. Property staff were cordial and polite. Relatively new property so it's less crowded and feels homey once you enter the lobby.

Cons: Just a minor issue-- fluctuating wifi connection.

Pros: Appartement bien fournie avec coin nuit pour dormir. Balcon avec vue sur la ville et notamment la nuit Immeuble avec salle de sport et piscine Staff réactif et accomodant

Cons: Manque plus de serviettes et un aspirateur pour les longs sejours

If you like peace and quiet I recommend this unit.

Pros: The condo is clean and has a roomy vibe. The neighbors tend to be quiet on this floor so if you like peace this is the perfect condo to do a long stay in. Has all the appliances. I had to add a foam memory topper for the bed (which i will leave behind when I leave PH) but with it makes this place perfect.

Cons: Couch has shown its age and need to be replaced as it's a bit hard. Minus that I have no complaints
